A blend of Alicante’s eminent Monastrell, Merlot and Alicante Bouschet from certified organic vineyards. The three grapes are vinified separately and blended to balance the individual qualities of each — the Monastrell soft and fruity, the Merlot adding peppery black fruits and truffle notes, and the Alicante Bouschet adding savouriness and structure.
The resulting wine, unoaked, is medium-bodied and gloriously fruity, with sweet red and black fruits mixed with floral aromas, soft tannins and a smooth, silky finish.
