Preservative free Shiraz from Australia’s majestic Kangaroo Island.
Crimson in colour but light-bodied for an Aussie Shiraz, this is massively fragrant and fresh-fruited, lovely intense aromas of wild strawberries, plums and blackcurrants, crushed rose petals and a wisp of smoke. Bright and fresh on the palate and loaded with sweet red fruits — plum, cherries, raspberry — there’s a creaminess to the mid-palate reminiscent of raspberry ripple ice cream, with a touch of peppery spice and a little grip of tannins at the end.
Can be consumed lightly chilled, particularly in summer.
