This organically farmed 100% white Garnacha is grown in the high altitude area of Cantalobos, in Alloza, in the heart of Sierra de Arcos, an inhospitable territory of Bajo Aragón. A natural wine, truly committed to expressing the rugged terroir, it has no sulphites added at any stage of the vinification process.
After gentle pressing and a natural and cold clarification, stainless steel fermentation takes place under controlled temperature, with minimum intervention and the aim of expressing maximum fresh purity of flavour. In addition, the wine is aged on its lees for 4 months before bottling.
On first impression this lively and brightly coloured white garnacha is intense on the nose, with aromas of tropical fruit and pear. On the palate, it is fruity and fresh, dry and nutty with some white floral hints, gooseberry and refreshing notes of grapefruit with a long lasting finish.
