The essence of White Grenache, organically farmed and made with minimal intervention and no oak.
From organic vineyards at Finca La Dehesa, Garnacha Blanca grapes are hand picked then fermented for three weeks in stainless steel before ageing on the lees for 9 months in vertical concrete vats. The absence of oxygen and continuous gentle movement within the vertical vat contributes to the exquisite flavour development, texture and elegance of the wine.
Glossy pale gold in appearance, the nose is full of intense tropical and honeyed notes, ripe and rounded on the open with rich tropical flavours of pineapple, passion fruit, mango and hints of macadamia, the palate lush and silky but elegant and fresh throughout.
Serve up with traditional roast chicken, it’s quite divine.
