This is a wonderfully pure expression of Chardonnay, from organically farmed vineyards in southern Italy’s Salento region.
Pale, glinting gold in appearance, this is highly aromatic, delivering intense aromas of fresh flowers, tropical fruits and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is dry and rich, coating your mouth with velvety tannins and allowing tropical fruit flavours of mango, guava and galia melon to unroll on a long, refreshing finish.
100% steel-fermented and matured for maximum fruit expression.
