Beautifully delineated notes of ripe pear and peach enveloped in a softly-caressing mousse and with succulent hints of honeydew melon on the finish. The extra complexity and richness of the Aolso classification makes it a more satisfying and lasting aperitif than most entry-level Proseccos.

This is a versatile fizz that’s great with anything from crab cakes to pancetta to lemon tart to ginger chicken.

Decanter World Wine Award winning family winery Rebuli, winemakers for generations, have been producing top quality Prosecco at the foot of the Prealpi Trevigiane, where the hills dive into the waters of the Piave River, since the early 1980s. With founding patriarch Angelo Rebuli latterly passing the reins to sons Mauro, Paulo and Gianni the passion and expertise for cultivating scintillating prosecco continues.

The winery, situated in Saccol de Valdobbiadene, the heart of Prosecco's premium appellation, is surrounded by vineyards often referred to as “Superiore di Cartizze” because of their singular exposure to the sun and the specific composition of the land of this “cru” which gives the grapes a particular quality.
