Dry style of white Port, lightly golden in colour with delightful flavours of warm hazelnuts, almonds and honey, and a fresh, spirited finish.
Produced from a blend of four native grapes (Fernão Pires, Cercial, Malvasia-Fina and Gouveio Real — you’re sorry you asked, right?), cool fermented to near dryness with extended skin maceration providing extra body and flavour. Often overlooked in favour of the more familiar reds but Dry White Port is an absolute treat!
Try chilled as an aperitif or with tonic water, ice and orange peel — delicious!
