Lightly oaked Tempranillo from the volcanic fields of Campo de Calatrava, a newly recognised sub-region of La Mancha. Grapes are harvested at night and cold fermented in stainless steel for maximum freshness and fruit expression.
The violet hue of the wine is reflected on the nose, with a fresh burst of forest fruits, floral notes and hints of liquorice, vanilla and toffee. The palate is smooth and structured, tender tannins and a fine minerality framing concentrated black and red berry fruits, with savoury leather, cedar and tobacco elements.
