With the faintest hint of colour extracted from these two robust red varietals, this sleek rosado is more akin to Provence in style than central Spain. Grapes are harvested at night and macerated at very low temperatures to slowly draw out colour and flavour, with very light pressing prior to fermentation.
Pale pink in colour, with elegant aromas reminiscing rhubarb and rose petals, the palate is soft, velvety and finely balanced, with cherry, strawberry and citrus notes filling out the flavour profile.
