A supple blend of two French grapes that marry together perfectly to give a balanced, ripe white. The blend is 86% Chardonnay and 14% Viognier, sourced primarily from the Adelaide Hills.
Pale gold colour with a gently aromatic nose of melon, peach and honeysuckle. The soft, fruity palate shows attractive apricot and cinnamon characters, with a lovely pulpy texture and relatively low acidity.
Enjoy on its own, with creamy pasta dishes, roast chicken or meatier fishes.
