The first vintage of this new addition to the Prunus range, this voluptuous rosé is made from organic grapes (just not certified yet), with natural fermentation, natural stabilisation and minimal filtration.
It’s 100% Tinta Roriz (a.k.a. Tempranillo), gently pressed for just the right amount of colour and tannins to be imparted from the skins, before the juice is separated and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
The result is a pale salmon pink that almost glows in the glass with the addition of sunshine, with wild strawberry and floral notes dominating the nose. The palate is crisp and juicy, sweet summer berries bursting on the mid-palate with the perfect balance of minerality and acidity to round out a really easy-drinking but richly satisfying rosé.
