Grown at over 700m in altitude in the Valencia region, Tempranillo and Monastrell from separate organic vineyards are harvested at night and cold fermented to accentuate the fruit in the finished wine.
The result is a brilliant cherry red wine with violet inflections, young and punchy with vibrant red fruit and floral aromatics. The palate is fleshy, soft and silky, bursting with bright strawberry and red cherry flavours with soft spice and a hint of vanilla.
A refreshing red, this can even be chilled for extra fruit effect. Enjoy with beef, lamb and spicy foods, or a good pepperoni pizza.
