This stylishly crafted Malbec is a blend of three separate vineyard plots, situated between 930m and 1,250m in altitude in Mendoza.
Each vineyard is harvested at different times and fermented in separate batches at low temperature for gentle extraction of fruit and structure, before blending and maturation in a mix of French and American oak barrels.
Full-bodied, smooth and silky, there’s blackberry, blueberry and plum characters with toasted oak notes, black pepper and sweet chocolately tannins. Drink on its own or as a fine accompaniment to beef, lamb or venison.
