SaleFor July’s Case of the Month, we’ve put together 12 different varietals from this month’s specials from Italy, Chile and Germany, a diverse but really tasty and accessible mix of wine styles.
The reds are headed up by the outstanding Viña von Siebenthal Carménère Gran Reserva, a supreme example of this old Bordeaux grape flourishing in Chile’s Aconcagua Valley. That sits alongside big Italian favourites The Guv’nor Governo from Tuscany and the Leda ‘Truffle Hunter’ Barbera d’Asti, a lovely new organic Sicilian, Fabrizio Vella, a Pinot Noir from Germany’s Rheingau family Ress, and finally the Antawara Reserva Cabernet from Chile’s Maipo Valley.
This all red version contains two bottles of each of the reds.
