This estate blend of red grapes – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and up to 20 other rare varietals – is aged for 18 months in small oak casks. Once bottled, the wine’s flavours are robust and intense, especially for the first 5-7 years from vintage. After that its complexity and depth intensify for up to 25 years, if you can resist. Be sure to decant for heightened enjoyment. Great finesse and complexity. Lay down for ten or more years from vintage, or drink now.
