From the northern Catalan region, more usually described as Roussillon, deep in southern France, comes this gorgeous field blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne.
Slightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality and pastry, honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through from the Rousanne supported by lovely texture, depth and weight from the Grenache Blanc.
Slightly saline and with juicy pear notes, this pairs beautifully with creamy sauces and white meats.
