Dry and distinctive Provence-style Rhône Rosé from a blend of red grapes Grenache and Cinsault. The pale colour is indicative of the palate, crisp, light and refreshing but with a lovely fruit intensity, displaying sweet red berries and delicate floral aromas like rosehip.
Chosen from a selection of Grenache and Cinsault plots in the southern Rhône valley, the grapes are pressed with minimal skin contact to ensure a pale salmon colour is extracted and nothing more.
Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or paired with salmon mousse, salade niçoise or tapas.
