Description
The Jardin des Charmes (‘a charming garden’) range is an invitation to enjoy bright, fruit-driven wines, full of flavour, with charming, summery aromas. From vineyards in the the Coteaux de Béziers that meet France’s Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification of environmental stewardship and sustainability.
This rosé from a 50/50 blend of Cinsault and Grenache recalls childhood memories of sweet mandarin and marshmallow. On the palate, red fruits such as blackcurrant and raspberry charm the palate with a nice overall balance, finishing dry with some floral notes.
To be enjoyed with Mediterranean dishes such as a tian of vegetables or a Niçoise salad.
