From the organic Gorgo family vineyards between Verona and Lake Garda, this lively Bardolino is a delicate blend of indigenous grapes Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara.
Fermented and aged in steel tanks for 6 months, this wine has a playful and vibrant nature. Almost violet in the glass with soft red and black fruits and white pepper on the palate and a pleasantly tannic structure. Medium-bodied, silky smooth and extremely drinkable — this Bardolino will have you oogling for more.
Serve lightly chilled to bring out the summer fruits, great on its own or with soft Italian cheeses like ricotta and gorgonzola.
