Description
This 100% Pinot Grigio gets its ‘blush’ from the pink skins of the grape which are allowed to macerate over an extended time during fermentation.
Light, coppery pink in colour, this is summer in a glass. The nose isn’t typical rosé though, displaying wild flowers typical of Pinot Grigio, along with hints of honey and some tropical fruits. The palate likewise is soft and rounded, with fleshy pear and melon flavours, finishing dry on the finish with lingering floral elements like rose and honeysuckle.
