Vibrant coral colour with soft, pulpy flavours of sweet strawberry, hibiscus and rhubarb jam. Yum! Rosé d’Anjou is an appellation for pink wines from the Anjou part of the western Loire. The typical style is fruity and lightly sweet, made mostly from local grape Grolleau. Rosé d’Anjou can also be sold as “nouveau,” à la Beaujolais.
Delicious ice-cold on its own or with fruit desserts, melon and ham or Asian food.
