Organically grown old vine white Grenache and Macabeo go together wonderfully for a refreshing expression of Aragon.
Taken from the Yago Aznar family vineyards in Lécera, select batches of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo grapes are harvested during the night and cool fermented in stainless steel for 15 days, before being blended.
Pale yellow with greenish tones, there’s a summery medley of tropical fruits, citrus and white flowers on the nose. Crisp and fruity on the palate with pineapple and stone-fruit notes to the fore, a lovely roundness to the mid-palate with hints of mandarin and melon, and a clean, zippy finish.
