Amply-satisfying red that boasts a lovely, caressing texture, layers of flavour and a voluptuous mouthfeel. Made from 25-year-old organic Monastrell vines, aged for 2 months in American oak – lush, lovely and long.
Drink with duck in plum sauce, barbecued food or Spanish meatballs and chorizo.
