Rich and wonderfully refined, hedgerow fruits combine with savoury elements of smoked meat, forest floor, crushed violets and fig, a minerality underpinning the complex palate. A classic GSM (55% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre), the three varietals are vinified and aged separately for 16 months, one-third in new French oak barrels, before the final blending.
