Organically-farmed Collefrisio, the project of third-generation winemakers Amedeo De Luca and Antonio Patricelli, is located in the hills of Frisa, Chieti province.
Made from Abruzzo’s esteemed Montepulciano grape, this organic rosato is pale salmon-pink in colour, with engaging melon and red fruit aromas. The palate is crisp and vibrant, fruity strawberry, peach and cherry flavours with a minerally texture and clean, snappy finish.
Chill well and guzzle on its own or pair with Peking duck or Thai quinoa salad.
