Château Smith Cabernet Sauvignon 2014



A big, welcoming red with warm, spicy aromas and confident flavours of blackberry, dates, cinnamon and fruitcake. Intense, with a long finish. Made from 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot usually making up the balance. Grown in Washington’s Columbia Valley, this wine is made from around 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot making up the balance. Aged 10 months in barrel, 40% of which is new French oak.

Aerate for an hour and serve with a juicy steak.
