Pale, a very pretty pink, fruity and dry. The Cabernet Franc gives the wine its refreshing acidity and a satisfying, mineral edge, while the Merlot plumps it out with a little extra fruitiness. This lovely number is the house rosé for Rick Stein’s growing restaurant empire.
