There’s a terrific quality to price ratio in this Verdejo, grown on elevated vineyards in the most northerly part of Rueda.
Grapes are harvested in the middle of the night to retain freshness and acid structure, with temperature controlled fermentation and maturation taking place in stainless steel for purity of fruit expression.
The resulting wine is beautifully fresh, soft and rounded, with aromas of peach, pear and apple blossom, the palate dry and minerally with tropical fruits and a clean citrussy finish.
