. Intense aromas of mandarine, fresh apricot and crème brulee. On the palate, the luscious wash of ripe peach is framed by bracing acidity, with rich notes of toasted almonds, walnut and a lengthy honeyed finish. Made from botrytis-affected berries hand harvested in late July. After pressing, the juice is fermented in French oak barrels, then aged for a further twelve months.
Perfect match for pungent blue cheeses or lemon cream pie.
