Richly flavourful Chardonnay that sees aromas of citrus rind, red and yellow fresh and windfall apples with layers of vanilla and creamy buttered brioche. The palate is ripe and full bodied, with touches of warm baking spices giving way to cleansing acidity. Aged nearly one year in a mixture of new and used French-oak barrels. The cool-climate growing region of Casablanca Valley has a young history, dating back only as far as the 1980s, when the revitalisation of the Chilean industry led pioneering winemakers to start expansion projects into uncharted territories.
