Grown on southeast-facing hills, the clay and limestone-based soils in these organic family vineyards create the perfect breeding ground for the fresh minerality that Piemonte Chardonnays are well known for. Soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel (this sees no oak) contribute to the crisp freshness, supple fruit and balanced acidity.
Straw yellow in the glass with refreshing aromas of green apple, melon and a backdrop of stone fruits, this is beautifully textured on the palate, lightly weighted with a fine balance of fleshy fruit and clean citrussy acidity.
Try with ricotta-filled ravioli and sage butter, OMG.
