Blended from organically-grown Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Macabeo grown by farmers in the Cuenca part of La Mancha, who cultivate their crop in the traditional way, tending old bush vines (en vaso) on sandy-chalk soils where no pesticides or fungicides are needed due to the punishingly hot climate.
Bright straw-coloured with appealing notes of grapefruit, pear and honeysuckle, this is fresh and zippy from the off, sweet tropical notes of papaya, pineapple and pear, with a twist of lime on the finish to cleanse and refresh the palate.
Great with stir-fried prawns, mango salad or battered fish.
