Bright, juicy stuff that shows supple strawberry and blackberry flavours with a warming, spicy finish.
Produced from grapes grown by farmers in the Cuenca part of La Mancha, who cultivate their crop the same way they have done for centuries (well, the same way their forebearers did — you know what we mean), tending old bush vines (en vaso) on sandy-chalk soils in a baking hot climate where no pesticides or fungicides are needed. This unoaked organic blend is 80% Tempranillo and 20% Syrah (Shiraz).
A great wine for a summer barbeque, duck, mixed grill or ham. Chill lightly in warm weather.
