Our top selling red of 2018 is a fusion of La Rioja’s three predominant grapes, aged in used oak for around 4 months to produce a young and fresh roble with an explosion of fruity aromas and a silky, creamy texture.
A deep red colour, dense and bright in appearance, there are pronounced aromas of cherry and strawberry, with mineral and floral notes. A luscious palate of strawberry and cranberry flavours supply a sweetness that contrasts with the pleasant acidity, the finish soft, elegant and long.

The fresh and fruit-driven 2016 Bozeto de Exopto is a blend of 50% Garnacha, 40% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano, to provide acidity and freshness. The different grapes were aged separately for seven months, the Garnacha in concrete, some Tempranillo in oak vats and the remaining Tempranillo and Graciano in well-seasoned, neutral barriques. It's a fruit-driven, slightly grapey red, and this cuvée, with its high percentage of juicy, round and ripe Garnacha, has more of a Mediterranean character. Precise and clean. 90 points.
