Bosio Cuvée Brut Spumante

19.75

Description

Piemonte’s riposte to Prosecco, this superior Italian bubbly is made from Champagne grapes Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc.

Vinified in steel tanks without the skins, the wine is aged for 3 months on its own yeasts to add flavour and body.

Punchy and expressive, green apple and lemon peel come off the lively fizz, with enticing hints of stone fruit and white flowers. Crisp and refreshing with that crunchy green and citrus fruit to the fore, the mid-palate softens to show some more lush white fruit, pear and melon, with a tingly hint of yeast on the finish.
