This Barolo is proudly made in the traditional style, pale in colour with high acidity, firm tannins and robust alcohol.Classic roses and tar nose whose nuances evolve with exposure to air. The powerful wash is intensely flavoured, with gorgeous notes of leather, cigar box, violet and prune to the fore. Grippy tannins and fine acidity bring structure. Sublime effort! Needs food.

Decant if possible and enjoy with flavoursome cheeses and red, robust meats.
