Bonne Nouvelle ‘Fines Bulles’ No Alcohol Sparkling

Description

Dry French bubbly with zero alcohol that makes for a great, no-kick aperitif.

This is a really good imitation of the real thing, fresh and crisp with crunchy green fruit imitating alcoholic ‘bite’.

Pale and clear silver-gold in colour, the effervescent fizz showing distinctive aromas of white flowers, lemon curd and peach. The palate is crisp and tangy, with flavours of lemon sherbet, pear and lime cordial, clean, sharp and focused with a crunchy bite of Granny Smith apple on the finish. We’ve tasted Proseccos that don’t taste as good as this!

Lovely as an aperitif but with the acidity works great with food, try with fish, pork or sweet pastries.
