Zesty, rich and pure bubbles with a fresh, inviting nose and delicious notes of poached pear, honeyed brioche and caramelized grapefruit. Exceptionally well-crafted, a lovely drink! Belle Époque is made using the “Champagne method” (where the bubble-creating second fermentation occurs in bottle) from the classic Cava triumvirate: Macabeo (50%), Xarel-lo (30%) and Parellada.
Pairs well with most savoury tapas, especially seafood-based plates. Top aperitif too.
