Fruit is sourced from the Ress family vineyards in the Rheingau and Rheinhessen, fermented in stainless steel and left to rest for 4 months before bottling.
Greeny straw in colour with a trademark Riesling nose of green apple, peach, mango and lemongrass, the palate is punchy and zesty from the off, lip-smacking grapefruit softening out to stone-fruits, mango and apricot, on the mid-palate, with a cool minerally backbone carrying the flavours through on a long, tangy finish that leaves you craving the next sip (or maybe that’s just us). Yum!
