A revered and highly sought-after rosé from Provence, Audace is distinguished by its exceptional purity and minerality.
A 50/50 blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, this is night-harvested and drawn from the free-run juices, fermenting at low temperatures for around three weeks, with maturation in stainless steel and two months in oak barrels to round off.
Pale salmon pink with golden reflections, exotic notes of papaya and mango intermingle with raspberry, rose petals and violets on a powerful yet refined nose. The elegance and suppleness of the palate is what defines Audace — fruit, floral and savoury characters folded into a lithe, minerally texture, finely tuned acidity providing balance, and fine length on a high class finish.
