Artis Non-Alcoholic Syrah Rosé

Description

This French Syrah is fermented normally then matured in steel prior to dealcoholisation. A gorgeous violet-pink in colour, the nose is fresh and fruity, restrained summer berry and floral notes to the fore. The palate is fresh and rounded, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours with light peppery spice and a refreshing pink grapefruit lift on the finish.

With more than 25 years experience in dealcoholising wines, Vinadeis use a new centrifugal ‘spinning cone’ technology that breaks fully alcoholised wines into their component parts, allowing the removal of the alcohol while retaining the flavour and aroma compounds that are so critical in making a wine identifiable and pleasurable to drink.
