This French Chardonnay is fermented normally then matured in oak to fill out the flavour profile prior to dealcoholisation. Yellow-gold in colour with apple, melon, vanilla and floral aromas, the palate is smooth and supple, the gentlest hint of oak underlying honeydew melon and stone fruit flavours, and a fresh, grapey finish.
