Fresh, summery blanco blend of Macabeo and Verdejo from La Mancha.
Grown at an altitude of 700m+ the grapes are quickly destemmed, pressed and cooled to 10 deg C, prior to a 20 day cool fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts.
The resulting wine is crisp, fresh and zesty with intense fruit aromas of apricot, pear and citrus, with floral notes.
Perfect as an aperitif or palate-cleanser between courses but also pairs beautifully with shellfish and grilled fish.
