SaleThis Sauvignon Blanc is planted in former allivial soils in the town of Berrias, in the southern Ardèche, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and the cooling influence of the Mistral wind.
Only the free run and first press juices are used here, a cold three day maceration prior to fermentation keeping all the freshness and aromas of the grapes. Pale gold with a green glimmer, the nose is characteristically Sauvignon, punchy gooseberry, grapefruit and a hint of gunflint, the palate crisp and tart on the open with some sweet tropical fruit, melon and passionfruit, providing real charm and drinkability.
