Hand-picked in Chile’s oldest and most famous growing area, these grapes are cold-soaked and cool fermented in stainless steel to accentuate the fruit flavours, followed by a short maturation period prior to fining and bottling. There’s no oak involvement here, this is all about the fruit.
Deep ruby red in color, this Merlot bursts with aromas of ripe red berries, vanilla and white pepper. The palate is medium bodied with intense berry fruit flavors, silky tannins and well balanced acidity, round and smooth, and long on the finish.
Great with pork ribs, duck or mature cheeses.
