The 8 hectare Bel-Air vineyard, owned by the Dubard family of Bergerac, is located in Puisseguin Saint Émilion where the soils can be distinguished by their high limestone content. Château du Moulin Noir is in Lussac Saint Émilion, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, one quarter new. Finally, the 7 hectares of Château de Lescours vineyards are of Grand Cru classé, vines an average 50 years old and the wine is aged for at least 12 months in a mix of oak barrels and old concrete tanks.
