Australian rock band AC/DC have teamed up with OZ wine producer Warburn Estate to release a range of wines under the AC/DC name. This exclusive wine collection which will be available through Dan Murphy, Woolworth’s and BWS liquor stores throughout Australia, although there is no confirmation as yet that they will be available elsewhere in the world. How much do you like AC/DC, @curiousmike? Can we get ’em? Pleeeease!?
The range consists of four wines, all named after their biggest hits:
AC/DC Back In Black Shiraz
AC/DC You Shook Me All Night Long Moscato
AC/DC Highway To Hell Cabernet Sauvignon
AC/DC Hells Bells Sauvignon Blanc
Quite a novel idea, although AC/DC are not the first rockers to attach their name to a wine. Kiss, Iron Maiden, Whitesnake and The Rolling Stones have all done the same.
This is on the back of a new AC/DC themed Monopoly game. So what’s next? Will they do a JLS and release branded condoms? Hmmm.

Think this missed an opportunity by not having a “whole lotta Rosè” in the range.
