100% Prosecco, estate grown and hand harvested from vines in the Grave de Fruili appellation. The characteristic gravelly soil of this area is created by the Meduna River, which flows down from Carnic Pre-Alps, bringing along pebbles and stones. The soil is so "meagre" (hence the Italian word "Magredo") that the vines appear to be planted in a water stream bed.
