Straw yellow in colour with aromas of flowers, apple and peach. Savour the vinous, high acidity and minerality on the palate.

The Dievolino “Bianco” is composed of Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Bianca and Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand (mid of October ).

Enjoy with fish, vegetables, pasta and appetizers. Also good as an aperitif.

This wine has been aged in stainless steel barrels for about 10 months and bottled aged for around 2 months before release.

Tasting notes for Dievole Dievolino Bianco Malvasia 2006

Sight: Straw gold.

Nose: Complex with citrus, a touch of smokiness, mango and vanilla

Palate: Dry and rounded, medium acidity, layered fruit with spicy and minerally notes.

Very enjoyable.
