Medium-deep ruby colour. A full yet very supple red wine with aromatic freshness. The bouquet leads to a smooth palate and a hint of spice.

A good all round red wine for red or white meat courses or game.

100% Pinot Noir from vines averaging 30 years old grown on limestone and clay soils in Côte d’Or to the North of Beaune. After handpicking, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to oak barrels, some one year old oak barrels and some new oak.
